Where we can help

We’re piloting this new model of Home & Community care in Springfield. Starting small allows us to make sure every detail is right, every support is effective, and every participant gets the care they deserve.

Care in your home

If home is where your heart is, we’ll do everything we can to help you stay there – practical care to keep you safe, feeling confident and living well. And when we step up, it allows the people you love to step down their caring responsibilities, so parents can get back to parenting, partners can partner, and children can just be kids.

We’re here to assist with what’s known as the ‘Activities of Daily Living (ADL)’. including things like:

  • Meal preparation
  • Dignified personal care
  • Healthy sleep routines
  • Toileting support
  • Light household tasks such as cleaning

Care in your Community

With the right support, everyday life is just easier and a lot more enjoyable, from getting to appointments and tackling your shopping to meeting up with friends and trying new activities. But the impact extends beyond the practical. Support on your terms is the gateway to confidence, freedom and connection – a bigger, richer, happier life. And we’re here for it.

We can support you to tackle your ‘to do’ lists as well as your \want to do’ lists; anything that builds your independence and enhances your wellbeing, including:

  • Shopping trips to the Orion Springfield Centre
  • Taking part in community activities
  • Joining workshops to learn new skills
