A smiling woman with short brown hair sits sideways on a white chair. She wears a dark gray V-neck shirt and bright blue pants. Behind her are wooden cabinets, a stone decoration, and books on a shelf.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Natalie’s journey took a turn when she was diagnosed with MS in 2007, at the age of 27. Ten years after being diagnosed, a fascination with the nervous system led Natalie to explore the healing potential of yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Over time, these practices became a vital part of her journey with MS, helping her regulate her own nervous system and connect with a peaceful, compassionate side of herself. Natalie’s teaching style is inclusive and adaptive, recognising that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical ability or experience. “Some days you can, some days you can’t. That’s okay, it’s normal to be different.” she says.

Her goal is to help others find a moment of calm, restore their energy, and discover the peace that yoga and meditation can offer.
