WIN a $100 Coles Gift Card. The Prize is non-transferable. To qualify, entrants must complete and submit the supporter survey during the promotional period from 10 February 2025, 12:00 AM AEST to 14 March 2025, 11:59 PM AEST. Surveys submitted by mail must be postmarked by the closing date to be eligible. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. No late entries will be accepted. The winner will be drawn electronically on 17 March 2025, and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone after the draw. The winner has 14 days to claim the prize. Should the winner not respond or claim the prize within this period, the prize will be redrawn, and the new winner will be notified accordingly. By entering the competition, you agree to allow MS Queensland to use your initials, and suburb or postcode only when referring to winners in public forums, including on our website and/or email communications.
