Holiday Season Update: Thanks for a Meaningful 2025

As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible community that surrounds MS Queensland. Your support, kindness, and strength have shaped a truly meaningful year — and we’re stepping into 2026 with so much gratitude and excitement for what’s ahead.

To help you plan over the festive season, please see our end-of-year closure details below.

With the holiday season fast approaching, MS Queensland will be taking a short break to rest, recharge, and prepare for a big year ahead.

Office Closure
Our office will be closed from Monday, 22 December, and will reopen on Monday, 5 January.

Allied Health Services
Our Allied Health team will close from Wednesday, 24th December and reopen on Monday, 5 January.

NeuroAssist Line
Our NeuroAssist Line will remain available throughout the break (excluding public holidays), ensuring Queenslanders living with MS and neurological conditions can continue to access support.

Employment Services
Our Employment Services will close at 12:30pm on Wednesday, 24 December and reopen at 8:30am on Friday, 2 January.

Accommodation Sites
All MS Queensland accommodation sites will continue operating 24/7, as always.
